This short library video will show you how to print at the University of Guelph library.
To print, you’ll need to add money to your printing and copying account. We have a separate, short video to show you how to do that.
You can print from any of the library computers.
Open the document you’d like to print.
Click the print button as you normally would.
In a few seconds, the Papercut pop-up box will appear.
Select the dropdown, and select papercut.
In 15-20 seconds, a login screen will appear, enter your UG central user ID and password.
Now head over to one of the printer/copiers on the first floor of the Library.
Press the button that looks like a house and then touch the print icon on the touch screen.
Touch the screen and enter your central user ID and password. Touch OK and then touch OK again.
The PaperCutMF user information screen will come up.
Click on Select jobs.
Press Print for any jobs in the queue that you want to print.
After your job has printed, press the yellow button on the keypad 2 times.
Click "Yes" on the logout button and you're done.
All print jobs sent to public computers stay in the queue for 90 minutes and are then deleted. You are not charged unless you print.
This concludes the Library Video on how to Print at the University of Guelph Library.
