The purpose of the tutorial "How to Evaluate Open Educational Resources" is to provide educators with a systematic approach to assess the suitability of instructional materials, particularly open educational resources (OERs), for their courses. It offers a detailed questionnaire that covers various criteria such as usefulness, appropriateness, quality, usability, and accessibility. The tutorial aims to guide educators in making informed decisions about selecting and comparing instructional materials, ensuring they align with course objectives and meet the needs of their students.
