Transcript
This short library video will show you how to print at the University of Guelph library.
To print, you’ll need to add money to your printing and copying account. We have a separate short video to show you how to do that.
You can print from any of the library computers.
Open the document you’d like to print. Click the print button as you normally would.
If you are printing a PDF, download your document and print directly from the PDF.
Select the printer “Campus Papercut” and press print. A Papercut logo will appear. Log in using your Single Sign On. A pop up will let you know your print job is being held in the queue.
Now head over to one of the printer/copiers on the first floor of the Library. Log in using your Single Sign On email and password. The PaperCutMF user information screen will come up. Click on “Select All” or the jobs you want to print. Once selected, press print on the bottom right of the screen. After your job has printed, press the yellow button with two diagonal lines on the keypad two times to logout, and you’re done.
All print jobs sent to public computers stay in the queue for 90 minutes and then are deleted. You are not charged unless you print.
